About APICSAPICS, The Association for Operations Management, is the premier source of the body of knowledge in Operations Management, including Manufacturing, Production, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Purchasing, Logistics, and Lean Enterprise. Since 1957, individuals and companies have relied on APICS for its superior training, certifications, and a worldwide network of accomplished industry professionals. The North Texas APICS Chapter serves the Dallas and surrounding communities by sponsoring monthly professional development meetings featuring guest speakers and proving and excellent opportunity for members and professionals to meet, exchange ideas, and network with industry experts. Additionally, the Chapter provides training for two internationally recognized certifications (CPIM - Certified in Production and Inventory Management, CSCP – Certified Supply Chain Professional) via the APICS body of knowledge.
