The presentation will provide an overview of ABC analysis using actual data and the creation of a matrix that captures both volume and volatility of material demands.  This will be followed by a discussion of forecast profiles in SAP APO (Advanced Planner & Optimizer) Demand Planning (DP) that may be appropriate given these conditions. 

Pilgrim's Pride Corporation processes approximately 45 million chickens per week and ranks as the largest poultry company in the world. Todd has spent the past five years in operations, beginning in "Fulfillment."   His current position involves overseeing the monthly forecast process, participating in the monthly Sales & Operations Planning meetings, generating key KPI's for senior management, and seeking continuous improvement in our related processes.
